Medifast Advantages - 3 Reasons Why the Medifast Diet is a Good Choice For You
Posted Friday, October 17, 2008
In this article I'd like to discuss some Medifast advantages. Now, I know a lot of folks out there are considering starting a meal replacement diet BEFORE the boon of the holiday season begins, and simply aren't sure which one is the best for you! I've been there, and can relate....so let me share a few solid reasons that I think you'll agree, illuminate some of the MANY advantages Medifast offers ordinary people like you and I. Let's START with 3. Read on.
Medifast is VERY Inexpensive!
Think that a name brand diet has to be expensive? Think again! Medifast is as well known as it gets...yet only costs about 10 dollars a day! If you are like most people who are starting a diet, you will probably actually SAVE money on Medifast, which if that isn't an incentive for the cost conscious amongst us....I'm not sure what is!
Medifast is Truly Low Calorie
This seems like an obvious one, right? Well, it should be....but MANY meal replacement diets are not. They are supplemental in nature, and if you aren't careful you can end up eating MORE calories on them than you would when NOT dieting. Over the course of an entire day, on Medifast, you are only going to consume about 1200 calories (on the high end) and that includes 6 meals to boot! A better recipe for fast fat loss you won't find.
Medifast Tastes Great, Too!
Think this is a given? Think again! Try tasting some of the meal replacement diets that are out there on the market and you just MIGHT change your opinion in a hurry! In MY view, taste is the foundational basis for beginning ANY diet you plan on sticking with....if you don't like how it tastes, you are NOT going to stick with it for long!
Remember - if you HAVEN'T been able to lose weight before...it's NOT your fault! Knowledge is POWER, and the most important step on the path to a firm, fit & beautiful body is information, EDUCATION and empowerment!
